Heat Treatment 1200ºC Chamber Furnaces

A com plete range of high quality cham ber furnaces for heat treatment and light industrial applications. A wide choice

of chamber furnaces 1300ºC cham ber volumes are available and a choice of optional extras can be incorporated to

meet most functions.

• High quality resistance wire elements mounted horizontally in the sides and the roof chamber. This open spiral

element design provides excellent tem perature uniform ity throughout the work cham ber.

• Door opens vertically to ensure the hot plug is away from the operator at all tim es.

• Door safety switch turnes off power to the elements whenever the door is opened.

• Choice of digital controller (See seperate sheet).

• Single phase power source.

• A blend of high grade low therm al mass insulation, hard wearing refractory brick and double skin case design,

com bine to produce a safe cool outer case.

• Quench tank and table Stainless Steel liners and Retorts available on request.

• Powder coating finish.

• Typical users: General Laboratory, Education Authorities, Research Institutes
